Breathwork 1:1 - Two Paths, One Return to Self

Sometimes the body needs to find stillness before it can transform. Other times, it is ready to move through what has been held for too long. Both are valid. Both are welcome here.

2 Modalities

Breathwork for Nervous System Regulation Breathwork · Frequency Balancing· CranioSacral Therapy

This session is a sanctuary for the overwhelmed, the depleted, and the dysregulated. Using conscious breathing as the foundation, we work gently with your body's innate intelligence — supported by CranioSacral Therapy to release deep tension held in the spine and cranial system, and tuning fork frequency work to help restore balance at a cellular level.

Together, these three modalities speak directly to the nervous system, inviting it out of survival patterns and back into safety, flow, and ease.

This session is for you if you are navigating burnout, chronic stress, anxiety, burn out/ overwhelm, or simply need to come home to your body.

Breathwork for Deep Transformation Breathwork · Frequency Work · Energetic Integration

When you are ready to move through what has been stored — old patterns, emotional weight, blocks that have quietly shaped your life — this session creates the space for profound inner shift.

Using an expanded breathwork practice combined with vibrational frequency tools and energetic work, we move below the surface of conscious thought and into the body's deeper intelligence. What wants to be released, releases. What wants to emerge, does.

This session is for you if you are in a process of deep change, seeking clarity after a spiritual experience, or ready to let go of what no longer serves.
