What clients may feel afterwards
A sense of lightness and looser muscles in the treated area, often with a warm, relaxed feeling — more pronounced and "heavier" after fire cupping, lighter after gliding cupping. Mild soreness or tenderness. Round cupping marks may appear on the skin; these are not bruises from injury but a sign of blood flow being drawn to the surface, and they fade gradually within a few days to two weeks depending on the technique used and the individual. Skin redness after gliding cupping usually settles within a day or two.
