How Does Online Kundalini Work?
Understanding the concept of no time and space, we are able to connect and work from a distance just as effectively as a hands-on healing because we work with this intensified life-force energy to move through you on mental, physical and emotional aspects of our being by engaging with the energetic body The energy body can be accessed easily from anywhere and does not require my physical presence. Everyone is more or less sensitive to this energy, as the life force moves through every being on this planet. It is our programming, conditioning, limiting beliefs, faulty perceptions, traumas, shields, and armouring we have protected ourselves with that prevent us from experiencing our true essence and tapping into our fullest potential. For our online Kundalini Activation sessions, you are given the flexibility to save time on travel and conduct the energy work in your own safe and comfortable space. This allows you to be fully present and receptive to the transmission, without the added logistics of an in-person meeting. All you are asked to do in these sessions is to be present, allow the energy to flow, surrender to it all, let go, and be open to a new experience without expectations.

Online Preparation
Read all provided information to maximize healing time. • Create a quiet, private space where you can lie down undisturbed; have water, tissues, incense, and good lighting for the camera. • Technical needs: Have Zoom installed with your camera on showing half or full body; a Deezer or Soundcloud account with good speakers/ headset for uninterrupted music; ideally use two devices (one for video, one for audio); devices fully charged; use a large screen for video if possible. Test your setup before the session, as no technical support will be provided during. • Prepare yourself by avoiding coffee for 4 hours, no alcohol or substances, eat lightly or have an empty stomach, wear comfortable, plain, loose clothing, arrive early to ground yourself, and avoid scheduling busy activities before or after. Avoid planning busy schedule before and after the session • Remember online healing is as effective as in-person. Come with an open mind and heart. A sharing circle will follow to discuss your experience.

Tips and Advice: Given after the session to be used in your daily life. 1:1 Sharing – an optional heart-to-heart space after the session, where you can ask questions or simply be heard.
