Kundalini energy is sacred, powerful, and not something to be activated lightly. And yet, many people find themselves in the aftermath — ungrounded, overwhelmed, and without support — having moved through an experience their system was not yet ready to receive. Kundalini After Care — a four-week held programme designed to support grounding, integration, and renewal for those navigating life after a Kundalini awakening. There would be lots of focus in bringing one back into their body, where the mind, emotions and spirit is called back to form an alignment. This journey requires trust, surrender and openness. As one’s true essence emerges, transforming perception and fostering self-realization, the soul is guided toward spiritual maturation, rebirth, and fuller divine expression.
