Preparation before a Kundalini Session
While not strictly necessary, engaging in a regular spiritual or energetic practice in the weeks or months leading up to your session can significantly support your process. A consistent daily routine might include meditation, mantra chanting, breathwork (pranayama), and mindful lifestyle choices such as eating nourishing foods, fasting periodically, and practicing movement-based disciplines like yoga or Qigong. These practices help to gently condition your system and lay a grounded foundation for your Kundalini awakening.
Approach the session with an open heart and mind. On the day of your Kundalini session, prepare by grounding yourself through meditation, setting clear intentions, and engaging in light physical activity that encourages relaxation. Creating a calm, supportive environment for yourself is equally important.
